The flame that started it all
Chios Rotisserie was born out of a deep love for Peruvian food and the belief that everyone deserves a meal that feels like home. Our founder Chef Claudia, grew up watching family gather around the rotisserie — the smell of marinated chicken over open flame, the sound of laughter, the warmth of a shared table.
We brought that tradition here, perfecting a marinade passed down through generations and pairing it with the bold, vibrant flavors of Peru. Every bird that comes out of our rotisserie is a tribute to that heritage.
Today, Chios is a neighborhood spot where families, friends, and food lovers come together over honest, soulful cooking. We're proud to share our culture one plate at a time.
