Rotisserie chicken, Peruvian dishes, sandwiches, and appetizers are complemented by our signature sauces. All of our desserts are original recipes and made from scratch.
Chef-Owner Claudia pursued her Culinary Arts degree 16 years ago in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and relocated back to NC to graduate from Raleigh-Durham Art Institute as Chef.
The family gave a lot of thought to opening a Peruvian restaurant and finally opened Chios Rotisserie in Garner in August 2017, their hometown, having Rotisserie Peruvian Chicken as the restaurant’s specialty.
