Chios Rotisserie is a family-owned fast dining, carry out Peruvian Rotisserie restaurant offering friendly and quick service with a local touch. Rotisserie chicken, Peruvian dishes, sandwiches and appetizers are complemented with our signature sauces. All of our desserts are original recipes and made from scratch. Not only we are known for being “home of the best Peruvian rotisserie chicken,” but we pride ourselves on creating unique, “homey” Peruvian-Southern cuisine that is consistent and delicious.

Chef-Owner Claudia moved from Lima, Peru to Raleigh, NC more than 15 years ago. She pursued her Culinary Arts degree 10 years ago in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and relocated back to NC to finish school at the Raleigh-Durham Art Institute.
The family gave a lot of thought about opening a Peruvian restaurant and finally opened Chios Rotisserie in Garner in August 2017, their hometown, having Rotisserie Peruvian Chicken as the restaurant’s specialty.
